What a delight! You can lean back and relax in our whirlpool filled with warm water and later strengthen your metabolism with an arm bath – here are some of its effects: it strengthens the defences of your upper airways, fosters blood circulation and the circulation in your cardiac muscle. What is more, it stimulates your metabolism.
Barefoot Path and Water Treading
Not only your feet will be grateful for this experience. Water treading (‘kneipping’) was invented by the Bavarian priest Sebastian Kneipp. It involves moving around in cold, running water in free nature, which has an inuring effect on your body and stimulates the metabolism. The barefoot path stimulates all nerve endings on your feet and thereby those of your entire body.
