The history of Hotel Sonnenheim starts in 1974, when Konrad and Aloisia Klapfer laid the foundations of the hotel, by opening a bed and breakfast with 8 rooms. In the following, they have continuously extended the guest house, added novelties to it and convinced their guests time and again with their hospitality. This is how our family-run hotel has gradually grown into what it is today. Despite the numerous modernisations and renovations, it has remained closely connected to its traditional origins. Your Hosts
Since 2009 Martin Klapfer, his wife Kathrin Siessl and their four children Anna, Sophie, Paul and Anton run the hotel. Martin will pamper your palates as the hotel’s cook, but he is also the hotel’s “Jack of all trades”. Kathrin will be available for any kind of concerns and wishes you may have and is offering foot reflexology therapy in the hotel starting from the year 2019. With much attention to detail and to the wishes and needs of their guests, the entire family collaborates in this business, in order to offer you an unforgettable holiday.
